Taller than other similar holds on the market in order to accommodate for larger hands without affecting function for smaller hands
8mm rope hole and large recess to prevent the knot from blocking your grip
Key part of lumbrical recovery as it allows you to load the lumbricals without shifting them
Smooth surface encourages better engagement of the lumbricals compared to a relying on skin friction with a grippier surface
Minimum recommended print settings (PLA, PETG):
5 walls
5 bottom layers
