Claw Hold for Lumbrical Recovery
This is a 3D printed device (with rope included) made by Hooper’s Beta to assist with recovery from lumbrical injuries using the “claw” or “talon” grip (see our lumbrical recovery video for demonstration: https://youtu.be/J2Q8iCcvBa4).
Key Features
Taller than other similar holds on the market in order to accommodate for larger hands without affecting function for smaller hands
8mm rope hole and large recess to prevent the knot from blocking your grip
Key part of lumbrical recovery as it allows you to load the lumbricals without shifting them
Smooth surface encourages better engagement of the lumbricals compared to a relying on skin friction with a grippier surface
If you’d like to print it out yourself, you can get the STL file instead.
