At Hooper’s Beta, we work hard to provide high-quality products. Because our e-commerce store is such a small operation, being run by one person with limited profit margins, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than significant product defects or errors in order fulfillment.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@hoopersbeta.com within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
