Heat Warning

Do NOT leave your device sitting in an excessively hot environment for an extended period, e.g. the dashboard of your car on a hot day or outside in direct sunlight for hours — it could soften and possibly deform (though it will harden back up once it cools). This is one of the trade-offs of using a compostable polymer from renewable sources; it's extremely strong, but it’s not a “forever plastic” that’s impervious to nuclear armageddon.

International Customers

  • International customers are responsible for any and all duties or fees related to importing, customs, etc. Once the package has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Hooper’s Beta or its constituents.

  • Shipping times vary greatly depending on provider, location, customs, etc. When selecting flat rate international shipping, delivery time could be 1-4+ weeks. It is often quicker than that, but again things vary a lot depending on location.

  • Delivery guarantee: Please note that our standard International Flat Rate Shipping option does not include Signature Confirmation from the recipient. If you would like to guarantee your package is delivered to you in person via Signature Confirmation, please select the International Flat Rate Shipping w/ Signature Confirmation option.

Additional Notes

Our 3D-printed products are low production volume items made in-house by one person, so please be aware:

  • Actual appearance (including color) of the item may be different from the photos and between units

  • Small cosmetic/surface variations or imperfections may be present (again, these are low production 3D printed products!)

  • Orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis (or based on whichever item is ready to ship first) and may take up to 3 business days to ship, unless otherwise noted

  • Shipping times vary greatly depending on provider, location, customs, etc. — we are not responsible for the item after it has shipped
