Enhanced Programs: Follow-Up Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
The follow-up terms and conditions outlined below apply to all Enhanced Programs (hereafter referred to as the "Program" or "Programs"). For the purposes of this document, "Programs" refers specifically to the following:
Enhanced Recovery: Silver Tier
Enhanced Recovery: Gold Tier
Enhanced Recovery: Platinum Tier
Enhanced Training Plan
2. Monthly Credits & Rollovers
Monthly Credits: Enhanced programs include follow-up session(s) for each billing cycle. The number of follow-ups is determined by your specific program.
Expiration: To maintain recovery momentum, these credits must be booked within their active billing cycle. They do not roll over to the following month.
3. Booking & Timing
The Booking Window: You must log in and schedule your session through the Practice Better portal before your current billing cycle ends.
Flexible Scheduling: While you must book within the cycle, the appointment itself can take place outside of it.
31-Day Rule: Appointments can be scheduled up to 31 days into the future, but no further.
Example: If your cycle ends January 31, you must book by January 31, but the meeting can take place as late as the end of February.
Next Cycle Access: New credits are available immediately upon the start of your next billing cycle, regardless of when your previous session occurred.
Clinical Pace: To ensure you have time to implement changes and see results between check-ins, there is a limit of 1 appointment per week.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment through the portal up to 12 hours before the start time.
Late Cancellations: Changes made with less than 12 hours' notice are considered a cancellation.
Forfeiture: If you cancel a session that was booked in a previous cycle, the credit is forfeited as that billing cycle has already closed, unless previously discussed with your provider. If a session is cancelled within its original billing cycle, you may rebook it at any time before that cycle expires.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice will result in the forfeiture of that month's credit.
5. Membership Management & "The What-Ifs"
Provider Availability: If I am away (vacation, illness, or travel) and it prevents you from being able to schedule your session within your billing cycle, I will manually extend your credit or provide a workaround so you don't miss out.
Membership Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your membership, any unused credit(s) expire at the end of your final paid billing cycle. Please ensure you attend your sessions before your access period ends.
Technical Difficulties: Technology can be fickle. If we run into connection issues, don't panic. We will do our best to troubleshoot during our time slot. If we lose significant time due to tech problems on either end, we’ll work together to find a fair way to make it up—whether that’s a brief catch-up call later or a deeper dive through app messaging.
