Description:

In this episode we go over a quick shoulder warm up including 1 ultimate move and 3 additional moves to properly warm up and prime the shoulders for climbing.

Exercise 1: Bilateral External Rotation with Scapular Retraction

Exercise 2: Horizontal Abduction "Human T"

Exercise 3: D2 Flexion "Sword from Sheath"
