Description:

Time to get that back shredded!! In this episode we go over 4 excellent approaches to functional strength training for our scapular retractors to help with climbing and overall shoulder health.

The main muscle groups we are targeting with these exercises are your rhomboids, middle trapezius, and lower trapezius.
