How to Stop Punting [Endurance Training for Boulderers Guide 2024]

Believe it or not, endurance training is an extremely useful tool for boulderers, and is something that needs to be trained (which we have pointed out on this channel before, though I could listen to our own advice a bit more myself!).

But, it doesn’t have to be extremely boring, either.
